Huge thanks to St Andrew’s First Aid and Scottish Fire & Rescue for an excellent CPR and defibrillator demonstration at the Newlands + Auldhouse Community Council.

Those first 3–5 minutes in a cardiac arrest are critical — early CPR and defibrillation save lives.

We’re encouraging local residents to join the GoodSAM responder network and help support our community before emergency services arrive.
